The use of the 3M elastomeric masks in conjunction with appropriate particulate filters is approved for pandemic use by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in the United States (April 20, 2020), as well as locally by the Philippine Society for Microbiology and Infectious Diseases and Philippine Hospital Infection Control Society (May 26, 2020).

The 7502 series offers equal if not better protection than disposable face masks of similar protection rating (N95 to P100)

The facepiece is made of silicone, meaning it provides better comfort for the wearer while being sturdy and durable compared to other materials.

To be used in conjunction with any bayonet type filters such as Verifynds' 3M 7093, 3M 7093C, and 3M 6003 + 3M 5n11 filter + 3M retainer 501.

Variations: 7501 (Small), 7502 (Medium), 7503 (Large)
